Well there is Runescape or Coke Music. They aren't that similar to Habbo necessarily but they are other popular MMORPG.
There are Habbo private servers.
IMVU, i think it sucks but it is quite popular
There's an MTV thing, something to do with pimp my ride. That's s'posed to be good.

Disney had the CokeMusic developers create a carbon copy of their game for Animal or Magic Kingdom Online I believe.
