Creating Habbo radio site, need a joint owner

Hey well I am looking to make a habbo radio site, I already have hosting, shout cast and allso I can design layouts just cant code, what I need is a owner who could allso put in some money to create this site. Not alot of money just a little or not any or just someone who can help with scripts etc... So please reply back if interested or pm me or add me on msm
