£15 for a decent layout?

Sorry to repost this but im really ineed of a decent layout. Im willing to pay upto £20 for a decent layout. If its enough than could you make me one if not how much would you be expecting for a decent one?

-Style
-what sort of features you want
- type of nav
- any preference on how many columns, or colors used etc?
