Relaxing
i actually cant unless i sleep.
its like.. theres stuff rushing in my head. its weird. i can see things other people dont. (not weird things just stuff people cant/dont see but i see them all the time) i hear things other people cant. i concentrate on detail where other people cant.
i told my friend EVRYTHING i think about and asked him to TRY and think like me for just one day. he didnt manage half hour.. when i try to sleep i actually have to STOP thinking. if i think i cant sleep.
Tbh i dont want to change how i think because that is what makes me me but i wanna know a way of just shutting off as i never can.

try a nice hot chocolate, and sit queitly, or lie for a while. I dont think its abnormal to think about detial, my friends are amazed at the things i remember, its just the way your brain works.

also, paracetamols relax you too, but i wouldn't take too many of them, lol.

Like slight aspergas or more worried like thoughts rushing through your head?

listen to some music, go for a long walk to clear your head or medidate or something, that might clear your head :P

I see every aspect of everything, literally, but I can cope with it.

Im like you, I physco-analyse everything. There is no way to stop this without hypnotherapy but still being able to physco-analyse is a good gift tbh, You can easily analyse situations allowing you to think quickly on your feet.
