You'll probably now need to go into PHPMyAdmin in your MySQL Database section (In Cpanel) and start creating them from there.
That wasnt much help....
Ask the creator of it hes on here somewhere (Ive forgot username)

It might be because of a MySQL Restriction put in place by your host. More info please.

Maybe the db has a limit (size), give an error?
