Microsoft Paint is the only program I have to edit images. BUT to get the transparency I use www.iaza.com

Yer, u showed me this earlier, I sed q.good 7/10.

Oh and Iaza doesn't work 4 me

Paint :) Its that simple. Just skew it. Image>Resize/Skew :)
