Web Designers - PAY!

This is your chance to be apart of the Pycan Group.

Your job is to create websites in many different types of languages.

This means creating the template, content and any other features (Members system etc)

You get paid by PayPal. You get 80% of what the Pycan client pays. This like us advertising your work.

PHP, HTML, XHTML, DIV'S, TABLES, CONTACT FORMS, USER SYSTEMS, SQL DATABASES, FORUMS, BILLING SYSTEMS (Client must provide you with that), ANIMATION. JAVASCRIPT

You must be able to do the above. The client usually pays £80-£100 for a website designer. You only get paid when a client requests your work. You also must sign a contract stating you won't 'run off' and make the client pay you full price.

You don't get to know the client nor do you get to know his/her details. We pass you there specifications onto you.

You must sign a a contract. (We will send you it as a file, you print it off, sign it and scan it and send to us)

You also must be at least 17 or older. (Preferred 18 so we can take to court if needed :)) We don't want the contract broken.

urm? how would this work? are you saying people give you scripts they make, then you sell them and pay the creator 80% when you do so? or do clients actuly request what they want and you forward the work to the relevnted designer to create.

As your description is pretty vaige on how you actualy intend for this to function. Since as work is slow, i may be interested in possibly doing a few jobs through you if everything seems alright. Also as a peace of advice dont threaten legal action action in an advertisement, apart putting people off, it makes you look imature and very unprofessional.

I wouldn't say it makes us look unprofessional. I would say it looks professional as we are being very serious and that statement will put off children.

What happends is the client submits details, on what exactly they want (template colours, contact form, what the website is about, domain they want etc). We gather it together, buy that domain, and then forward the request to our designers.

YOU will decide how much you will charge. Our usual rate is £5.25 an hour plus anything you had to pay for to do this. If the client 'runs off'. We will give you there information (email address and name), we will write them a personal letter stating there invoice. If they don't pay by check, paypal or credit card/debit card we will give your work back and we will place an advert on the website selling the product you created if you wish for it to be sold. We will also give you £15 for your troubles.

Does this seem fair and understandable?

Thank you, I hope it works too, I was discussing it with the other pycan owners about it. Were still positive it will work.

Reasonably, but since your being "very serious", i think its probably a good idea to ask, the official legal position of the company and how it will operate, for example, by acting as "a designer/coder or whatever" what would my official legal status within the company would i hold, as in would i be contracted to do the work on a case by case basis or for a specified period of time? Or would "pycan" simply act as a mediator and hire me as a completely external freelance entity? If your contracting would it also be possible to see a copy of the contract i would be agreeing to.

Since this is very important in terms of what tax needs to be payed, where i by whom. Unless your planning on committing fraud that is..

We are still in the process of writing up a contract. We also not doing this until Pycan is an official company with a ID. (We hope for it to be soon)

You be will called upon when a client registers and wants to sue the services. Though, you are still required to sign a contract. You will be in work when requested. We also need a 2 weeks notice for contract termination.

HabboxForum may not be the best place to advertise this, but there are some extremely good designers on this forum.

Well i cant really say how much ill be interested until i can see the terms of the contract, since if its to overbearing it will likely be less useful than maintaing independant work, but i may still be interested, Will there be somewhere i can take a look at it when its completed before finalising any submission of interest?
Good to know your takeing it all seriously then, my main concern was on what end the book balencing had to take place to keep the tax man happy.
