Creating new (non-habbo) site, need joint owner

I am looking to create a online teen website with games, competitions, music, chat, celebrity guest interviews! and a online community forum.

i have everything i need apart from the domain and layout.
hence the reason i am hiring a director.
the person i choose must atleast be able to fund the domain. and know web skills such as HTML & PHP. ther'll need experience owning either a non-habbo or a habbo site. more staff will be needed after i have located a director.
NOTE: director - basicly a joint owner.
