Its not their fault if you decided to cheat and break there terms and conditions.. accept it.
You can have that money back in no time.. if u merchant and *work* for it..
He dosn't mean it that way, he ment it that they say you're not allowed to use 3rd party software to play the game, when they clearly use it for the appeal system. I can confirm this since I got a black mark for real life trading and said 'Aliens attacked' and it was succesful..
Its the use of 3rd party software to give you an advantage in the game thats forbidden =/, do you really think they have enough people to personally type every reply to every person who has a query, i mean theyve got over 1 million members...
