New Runescape Website

I am thinking of buying vbulltin and a domain and hosting and making a website like www.rstrades.com but eventually i would like to have a main website with tutorials ect.... with link to the forum.

I will need 3-4 Admins to help me with this though but you must be exprienced and know alot about the runescape cheating community and we will be based around our black market.

I've been known on Sythe and Fagex. I know a bit about forums, some html etc. A lot of content and anit-scamming.
