Inside lower lip

I have all these sugar granuel sized little lumps.

If you pull back your bottom lip you can see them slightly bulging out of the skin.

Does everyone have these?

You made me get out my chair and fall over :)

I have them too. I think it's just like torn spare skin. When you eat Im guessing you kinda tear your gums :S

You only get it if you've ever eaten in your life.

I just checked in the mirror and I have, so there's nothing to worry about. ;)
