phone microsoft customer services and see what they say.
I had this, took it to GAME and they replaced it (as I was under warranty) you can send it off to M$ though

Send it to the store you got it from.
Try turning it back on?
Mine did that , starting making a grinding noise , screen went black and the red lights went on. I turned it back on and it worked
But yeah , take it to where you got it :]
same as mangle, I restarted mine n it was fine. Also Xbox now have a new policie. Due to loads of xbox's breaking down they will
1) Collect the xbox from your house, or pay for the postage cost [ provide a box for it to put in
2) repair it free of charge and send it back to you.
All FREE if its under warantee :)
