It has been so long it has gone down in Singapore and even in UK i think? They must have tested all the bugs before releasing into the hotel. Now so much maintainance work on it? :(

It wasnt simply a case of double clicking though, because as soon as you single click the box dissappears, it was also mainly due to the huge amounts of LAG.
If I was not wrong, if you clicked redeem 5 times fast enough, you will get 5 times the credits.

Not sure about those but there was a way to keep redeeming without your bar going away so you could do it forever
