I got it off dafont...obviously.
I dont like it sorry. For the following reasons
Although obviously this is only my opinion
- The colour scheme doesnt suit bands
- The background is gradient from right to left which doesnt work
- You used many fonts
it's ok i guess. I think you can do better though :)

You may not know me, but Im an **** that is REAL about design, and the lack of people's ability.
1. The background gradient ... use a horizontal or vertical gradient ... NEVER a diagonal one. Huge load times
2. The text ... NEVER use that font. Only use standard fonts for normal text.
I dont think I can say much more. The fundamentals are all wrong
