Why is VIP features so slow at there service?
Why should we pay at such slow service at all?
Hire some VIP staff? Better staff? That are actually online?

Will never be buying VIP again. jeez.... atrocious.
We are all VERY busy at the moment. Everything will setle down soon and be back to normal. You just need to remember we have lives outide this forum aswell.

i do agree that the service is poor, but they do have lives outside of this forum. but to say that, its a bit silly as taking an important job on hxf such as that, they should allocate times to do vip. if they cant or dont wanna allocate times for the forum into their schedule, they should either quit or more vip staff should be hired in busy times so that the customers are satisfied. without customers, there is is nothing. so they should always be put first when thinking of solutions.
So we have to be on the forum 24/7 to jump to your orders? Do things happen instantly in real life? No they don't unfortunatly. Everyone is dealing with things as fast as we can.

I agree with this, and i am not going to buy VIP any more, but for the reason that I don't use any of the features and I need the money. I think there should be a few more features; and some extra staff to help wouldn't do any harm.

Yes, habbox isn't a hosting company, but it still offers service. It is terrible. VIP members are clients. Simple and a fact.
The service is terrible as I keep stating. I don't care if there busy or not 'back to normal'.
If you can't handle it all yet then stop selling VIP. You obviously can not handle your clients.
I will also be spreading this around to friends on the bad quality of service. Habbx isn't great as it usually is. You are slowly killing it.
