Whats the odds that once the Ukash offer is finished, the creds will suddenly make a miraculous recovery? not that i dont trust staff, but come on its been almost 3-4 weeks? I think if it was something this serious, they would get the Finnish techies involved or summat to get it sorted ASAP.
