somebody tell me if this exists.

There could be a search bar where you search groups.
Say if you would want one for
Music

you could type in music and there will be groups.

this makes it easier for people to decide what groups they would like to join.

Well yes, in version 15, it exists. You can search for group names. There is also a tag system. For example you like music, so if you search Habbos who like music, you probably can find groups related to music, but do not contain the word music.
