SO if some one rips your site or other work off. somthing you may have spent ages doing, you can stop them, aka get the site shut down, so you can get credit for your work.Quote:

us laws of copyright are that you ahve to go to www.copyright.gov and pay for it :(
You need to pay for full copyright on anysite. although its free to put a copyright notice at the bottom of your site, if it gets to a stage where your needed to sue someone then the court may take not having copyright documents and use it against you to settle to case faster an easyer
