Nice, but not elites, Fairly simple. But very well done 9/10!

I don't think it's good for elites. It's very simple as mousey said. Try adding more detail to it and then try again to submit it into elites.

Maybe:

• Bars on windows
• A wired fence
• A police car in front of the building
• Not so green?
• A bit more gloomy?

Just some suggestions ^^. Be creative and unique, it will give you a better chance for elites!

Um, i dont know if any of you have noticed but the habbos are about 750x too big?

Lol about 7 of them habbos stacked they would be bigger than the prison make them smaller.

Hmm like said very simple doubt it would make elites
