Habbo-Shack Template Needed.

My new fansite is being created. I've searched long and hard for templates/layouts giving a habbo theme, and havent came across one that stands out.

so i was wondering would anybody sell me a full coded/sliced template. This would be much appreciated. Hopefully you will do it for free..... BUT if not then of course i will giv u between 5 - 10 hcs on habbo.

please pm if intrested. Also the theme should be a habbo beach or just a general habbo fansite. Thnaks all.
