i would love to see these on this forum aswell i will give rep for some one if they can do a tut on this and tell us the css code

Thats the CSS Habbos use. Now just create a new BB code from the AdminCP and add it. The 'HELP' icon tells you what to do.

and the way you do them is

[admin] (blabla) [/admin]

or [mod] blabla [/mod]

i work on eBobba.net and we use them
