Its alright..

If you would use that style of layout I'd suggest you to make an FBF* site, so its centered at all times too.

FBF:

FBF = Full Browser Flash: meaning you make an index page from html in which you place a flash object with width 100% & height 100%
So anywhere they would right click it would be flash.

get my point ?

(PS: You could do in html but you'ld have no animations in there then.
