Yer go the doctors. Could be a strained muscle across the chest or back which makies it feel like that. But if in doubt check it out

Right, im not fat. I think it was a bit of stress. I lyed down for a bit then got back up and i was fine. The heart pain has gone down a bit.
This is how my heart problem started and look at me now, i go into hospital tomorrow for a serious operation on myn.

Dont worry lols, i think it was gas stuck in my stomach, cuz when i keep fartng it seems to be going down/
oh charming, sounds like a it of traped wind :P if you do keep getting heart pains i would go get it checked out though.
