They do it in other countries why not here, and incest rates would go down too.
would make sense, cause then you wouldn't get all these scroungers having 10+ kids so they can live off benefits instead of getting up of their **** and getting a job.
but then again, how would they enforce it properly or w/e. and if they were going to introduce this, they should at least make it 3 or 4.

How can they do that when people will have more then one child per household already? How will you know whos breaking the rules and who isn't because you can't just kick loads of children out because of this new law.
