How to appeal for an unban?

I was wondering how to appeal for an unban.

The account's ban expires on 13/02/18 so I think it's been about a year.

It was banned for 'Illegal Activity/T&C Violation'

Anyone got any suggestions?

I appealed yesterday, they replied today and said to tell them what I've learnt from the ban.. I just used habbo help tool. Don't do all the parent crap and stuff, it might work for some but meh.

That sounds okay but it asks you how you think that your ban is unfair.

if it wasnt unfair, then they wont unban you...

I've heard that they give people second chances.

I'm writing in behalf of my child (yourname), (habboname).
I am aware that they were banned for "Illegal Activity/Terms and Conditions Violation." I am appealing this ban becuase I KNOW that my child would NEVER on purpose break the Terms and Conditions. I have warned my child that I am ONLY writing in once. I'd appreciate their ban to be lifted as I have spent money for their credits, etc. I believe that my child has learned from the ban experience and they have promised me that they will not be doing it again. I have also warned my child that if they are banned again, not only will I not be writing in on behalf of them, but they would also be punished. This punishment has not yet been decided but I assure you that it will be enough to keep my child in line.
I'd appreciate it if the account ban was lifted and my child was given a second chance.
