Orange ?

Right im on Orange and my credit has dropped to 5p and so has my mum's and my friends i phoned up orange and they said well let me copy the bulletins from myspace.

But i losrt my credit (£6) and my free texts and all my mates lost their credit and all Orange customer service are saying 'ring back 2morro' its not good enough really.

But they have to refund you I think... Keep ringing them/emailing them. If they carry on doing it then perhaps you can take em to court?

Im going to see what they say 2morro but im having a refund no matter what, lol i want my free texts and credit back =/ So does my friends and family.

Never really liked them, and i cant afford getting my phone unlocked either.

They should sort this out for you they must have some sort of backup system.
They should put everybody on free calls until they sort it though because its well out of order.

orange is well good. im on contract though.

just call them tomorrow and see what they have to say. if their system is messed up, i doubt your the only one who has the problem so they r probs having loads of ppl like u calling up lol.

Yuh but they said the systems will be back to normal 2morro but thats not really good enough tbh.

I thought i had just ran out of credit, but i may of not now.
Also they will refund you but they cant do anything because there system is ******, not really there fault i dont think:)
