The Honorable Noob [Story]
My life, is the wild. I live it, i breathe it, its my home away from home. The wilderness is a very dangerous place, and it shouldnt be taken lightly. I am a trusting person, but when trouble comes my way, i will stand my ground. I live with my team, level 90s and 80s. I will never forget the day i met a noob, and he would be the one to save my life one day.
Ever so often, you see a noob in the wild, and you sometimes do the best you can. Well this one day, my friends and i were in the wild, and we met 2 noobs. They were being attacked by 3 level 60s. We helped them, and they asked if they could join us, and we agreed. One of them, Jonathan, looked honest, like he knew what he was doing. The other one, richard, was lower in level, and looked timid. After a long walk, we pitched camp around the maze, so they call it. We went to sleep, and somthing woke me in the middle of the night. I thought it was a pker, so i reached for my scimitar and rune that i had taken off for the night. They were gone. I looked around, and somthing caught my eye. It was jonathan, running away with my rune. I grabbed my Magic Bow, and shot 1 rune arrow into him. It downed him on impact, but he was not dead. We were around wolves, and i knew i shouldnt take too long. I got to him, and he begged for me to save him, but i did not deal with traitors. I took my armor and left him for the wolves. The next morning, not even his corpse remained.
We set off, and Richard was scared, because i had killed his friend. I told him not to worry, but do not try and take my things, or he would be next. In the wild we trained by day, and Richard grew stronger by the day. He had gotten many kills, and we were very proud of him. 3 months had passed before the day i would see richard die.
Richard was a lv 63 now, and had downed many foes, but what we were about to experiance was beyond anything we were ready for. We were around the greater deamons, the home of the evil lord zammorack, and we sighted some people. when they drew closer we saw it was a team of level 90s. We rushed into battle, and downed 1 94. Then their renforcements arrived. I told Richard to run, and he did. Then i saw my friend Matt go down, and the attackers rushed in like pigs and devorued his armor, he was left bloody and had nothing on. Then Robert downed, and yelled at me to run. I shot a few arrows into the croud before i ran, to aid richard. As i looked back, i saw Matt die, with a arrow shot between the eyes. They came after me next. I was almoast dead, until my friend julie came to my aid. She killed 4 of them before she teleported, but there was 1 more. As we stood face to face, he told me to say my last prayer. He drew his arrow, and shot it. Just as that happened, i saw richard. He jumped infront of the arrow, and took the hit. I drew my arrow and killed my attacker. Richard fell into my arms, and i knew he was going to die. As i said my prayer for him, he told me thank you. a minute later, he died. I burried him, along with my comrades, at the rune rocks. To the day, i still live in the wild, but i am much more careful. Richard saved my life by sacrificing his own. To him, i am eternally greatful.
