Right i want to add a main site onto the TalkSound.co.uk discussion forum but i havnt got a clue where to start when doing that so can anyone help me with this as i have got a very basic knowledge on web design etc.

Right i want to add a main site onto the TalkSound.co.uk discussion forum but i havnt got a clue where to start when doing that so can anyone help me with this as i have got a very basic knowledge on web design etc.
First download PHPBB or MYBB and install it.
Second get a swish layout for it and install that.
Third setup the forums.
Fourth mess about with settings and have fun :)
Whom said it was going to be a forum?
