Love the house, not sure about the surroundings. If I was you I would use dark red oval rugs for the river, blue seems too.. Jolly? and keep away from bright colours. Change the bridge to black doormats and make the walls a more gloomy colour.. But great so far +Rep.

Its Realy Nice

Though:

- Try getting different colored rugs like the circular green ones so it looks more spooky
- I Dont know how it would look but try Rotating The Bookshelfs
- Try Getting More Graves. ( even though they are expensive)

altogether 8/10

Love it :) 9/10 Try to add some unholy grounds, gives it a more scary and overgrown feel.
