Player support..

Its so annoying >_<
Whenever you ask something using the help tool, all you get back is an auto responce telling you to do what you've already done (Thats if its actually anything to do with your question).

So like, it takes them a day to send you an auto responce message, then another day for them to answer once you've been bothered to write your question out again.. Unless its once again replied to with there ever so cool auto responce :l

It's improved a lot since the olden days

You get the auto-response, respond to that and they read it, I just C+P it

Customer Support sucks terribly, I just call them whenever I have a question, regardless of whether they like it or not.

I wrote to habbo about something 2 years ago, and they stillhavne't repkied and I used both the habbo help tool and then emailed. I'm not expecting a response now.
