Hey, I have my Habbo.co.uk account - Slimjim1001,

I want to change the password but i cant, because i dont know the DOB, but know everything else, Are they customer services any good ? and will they reply?

And also can you change your habbo name ?

and customer services wont be too friendly
if you cant remember the DOB cause then you are admitting you've lied

Hmm, I'll try think of it.

Use the help tool and tell them that you can't remember your DOB and you would really like it so you can change your password. They will reply with questions such as;

Ban details
ISP
Methods used to buy credits/when/how many
Past e-mail addresses
email address used to register the account

and maybe a couple more. If you know all those answers, then you should be able to get your DOB back. Good luck :)
