Anyway, I went out with this really special girl, for about a month. To be honest, I *Removed* up the relationship, because I was paranoid and all that ****, because she was so special.

To be honest, I still really do love her. But the problem is, I have to see her and talk to her everyday. I still really love her, and she knows that, but i'm not sure how she feels about me.

One of the problems is, whenever I think about her or whatever, I just feel upset, and kind of ill... you know when you get nervous, and you get that feeling in your tummy, it's like that. So that's the health bit.

Now I feel stupid, 'cause i'm not a massively emotional man, but I still keep getting really upset, and I don't know what to do about it. I keep kicking myself because I ruined the relationship.

I'm trying to get back with her, but i'm not sure if it's going to work :(.

Don't worry.

Just try and relax around her, and build up your confidence with her gradually again and then ask her those questions. And when you feel ill i think it's stress from work and relationship troubles. Relationships at this age aren't too important, so don't become ill over them. Paranoia is hard to deal with, but stop drinking caffeine because i know that doesn't help.

Oh,
I feel exactly the same- but me and my girlfriend never broke up.
She just told me she was going to- but I really tried my hardest to make her stay with me so i can prove how much she means to me.
Which she did.
& i think i did prove it.

So, basically, i think she needs to know how you feel.
But not simply, "I like you".
You need to tell her about how you feel when you think about her.
How you feel when you think how you ****** up the relationship.
Tell her everything you told this thread.

take her somewhere different.
not the movies- that's too common.
not shopping- that's too public.
you could take her for a meal.
you could invite her to your house and make fairy cakes!

For those that were wondering, me and my girlfriend made fairy cakes!
We're better than ever, tbh.
