[SIMPLE PROJECT]Habbo Alert System!

I am making a habbo style alert system.
The system currently has the following features:
- View ALL Ips On Page
- Licence System
- Two Types Of Alerts
- DHTML
- Can Be Used With Praticaly Anything, EVEN POWERpanel ;)
- Made By Meeeeee!

That is being modified as we speak.
Also, i have disabled it from alerting, purly becuase its currently NOT removing itself from the db, hence multiple alerts, regardless of how many times you choose to send it.

Well what DHTML does it have?

Because if you are trying to make it sound "great" by saying it has DHTML, its not working.
