NEED CO-OWNER AND STAFF!

Ok,

I have hosting and i have a layout and some need to be coded and 1 is already but i have people who can do that.

I need a co-owner and he/she needs to be able to:

Code
Graphics
Good with people
Lots of experiance
And can hire and fire people!
Have time to give.
Have VBulitin Experiance (Basic) Or More.

I also need a domain i can pay i have a really bad sub domain. Lol.

I also need noramal staff Graphics and Event Ect. These also need Managers which will be decided when it opens.

I will also be getting a shoutcast a small-ist one to start but it will grow.

I plan to get a VB to anyone have one to give/pay. Lol
So i wil need forum manager aswell!
