Do you mean the one which looks near enough the same, escept different front grills? My dad wanted to get the new one, because of the clever foldable seats, but we might go and get a Volvo instead.

Yeah, my mom was going to get a Volvo XC70 CrossCountry, but the 2008's wern't comming in black for a while and my mom needed a new car really bad..

I think what we would get would be the regular V70 which is like the formal version of that car. Apparently you can get the Volvo XC70 in black in the UK, unless Volvo are just being evil and not bothering with the US quite yet for 'Black Stone.'
