Is it possible to change the time of 'Report Posts' to 15-30 seconds, as it is seriously annoying when trying to report a post and you cant do it for another minute :)

People would tend to take advantage of this to cause trouble by spamming it. I think it should remain as it is. :)
True, but if people are going to abuse it whether its 60 seconds or 30 seconds i'm sure they'd still abuse it.
