If you want vbulletin its worth buying proper hosting.
i have vbulletin im just skint for hosting
1. you will NEVER get free 2gb web hosting unless you are friends with host owner.
2. what's the point in trying?
aldo hosting for 2gb only costs a few pounds, so if u can buy vbulletin u can offord hosting, also you carnt use ur vbulletin as u gave it habbofanclub
or is this "another" one?
