The thing with photoshop is I dont think they really care that you rob it. Think about it, if they make it so you cant do trial downloads then no one uses it and it wont be as much of an industry standard. The only people that would ever pay £400 or w/e for it are businesses and they will pay for it regardless whether you can download it because then need it legal, so in the end its just gaining popularity for photoshop. If that makes sense.

They are going to make it more web-based in the future to prevent piracy. Then we are buggered

If it's a survey for school just make it up, it's not like your teachers will know if you went round and asked people or not.

So many people rip it off, and Adobe don't seem to be doing jack about it ;)
I mean they could atleast close down some sites giving torrents for it and stuff, but they don't.
