Just a general question...

I'm not being fanboy-ish or anything but why does it take Microsoft at least 1 month to return broken 360's?

Doe they actually fix them or what?


Because with sony they just send you a new ps3 the next day and you can pay extra for your HDD to be put in the new one (what they told me on customer support)

i think it's because they dont want to damage it or anything, because sony sends you a new one they don't have to do any work on it.
