Torrent speeds

Im running a 7.6mbps connection and my torrents are like 20kB/s
Why?
I use BitComet btw.

Need more seeds.

You can't get full speed with 19 seeds you fool.

How do I get more seeds.
Whats a good site to download from.
It says 19 and then [48] isnt that 48 seeds

The Pirate Bay isn't that good, It's a real popular tracker and half of the time I used it most of the torrents were pretty poorly seeded. The semi-private torrent sites like Demonoid give some of the best seeds in my opinion.
