Finally, I have to say this is one of Labours worst mistakes by not building prisons. Their failure to do so has resulted in people being sentenced to 2 years in prison for murder and so on.

I don't get how these are "Super Prisons", but it is way to late as by then we will have prisoners living in our homes.
Build them in the highlands, then nobody can escape :D
People sentenced to life should be packed onto oil-tanker size boats and left afloat in the ocean, problem solved.

To be honest, I think we should evcuate the Isle of Man, build a dirty great wall around it, and just throw people over the wall whenever they are sentenced.
Prisons can then be used for rehab of teenage drug addicts :).
