Hey.

I have been thinking of starting an online company and thought it would be cool to make something like phtobucket as there isnt much competition for it.

I will do most of the codeing but will pay sombody more experianced to do the hard bits.

Anyway, what features would you like to see that other uploaders dont?

Its coding, not codeing ;)

Photobucket not phtobucket, and there is a lot of competition around, I created one earlier this year that was sort of a "big hit" with the HxF and CHF members..

Good luck, but I am not sure how good at PHP you are to make a nice secure system. There are a couple of ways to do it, physical file storage and virtual file storage (MySQL).

MySQL way compresses the files so that they do not take up that much disk space as they are just stored as strings of text, instead of an actual file located on your server.

And i never said i will be codeing it all :)

Theres loaddds of upload sites about, lots of competition and most fail imo

Well not many people want to work on a site that will fail..

You should have good grammar if you expect it to make it far.. "like PhotoBucket.." they don't have on their site:
