How can I buy a member pin for someone using the phone?

Does anyone know how?

you gotta sign in, put in country or something, then type in your phone number and press submit and then they'll ring your number or you ring theirs and they give you the code

or something like that... haha

so is it possible for me to buy someone a member pin using the phone without haveing to know their password? Like can they log into the account and go to the phone thing? Then they give me link and I put in info to buy the members for them?
