HabboHotel - Magazines

I was flicking through a magazine i bought today and there was a promotion page about Habbo Hotel on there. It then said in the corner, like in a little box.
'Win!'
So i looked closer and it said this:
We've got 50 HabboHotel VIP Memberships up for grabs. To enter .......etc etc

Does anyone know what this 'VIP Membership' is? Is it as simple as just like HabboClub or is it something else, i didnt think it could be habbo club cause this would mean like creating an account etc etc
I just wondered what ppl thought?

Wot Magazine:O!

This was in this month's Sugar (yes, i like 2 look at girl magazines, so dont bad rep me coz u think I'm gay, cos i ain't). I think they mean HC accounts, but i don't know how they can give out HC accounts to non-Habbo peeps.
