Removal of the "-reputation" feature.

Once again I receive an utterly pointless minus rep from Bibliophobia, the two faced *******:
"Stop acting pompous on MMOCCF its gay"

Uh, so I'm -repped here for another forum?

The -rep should be removed...

PMing him isn't the best solution. Use the "Report reputation problems" sticky in the Feedback forum :).
