Looks alright.
Font used is a little crap though.
It looks nice but it's not very habboy due to the dark colours , looks more like a 'clan site' you egt for various MMPORPGs ;)

the font is the main downfall but nice layout
It's quite dark for a habbo fansite, so I'd advise you change the banner at the top to a nice bright room, and follow the basic colour scheme of that room to make your layout, also the font isn't very good for a habbo fansite either, probably change it to volter?

Not much of a habbo layout but if it were for something else i love it! Unless there is a certain dark habbo theme...:)
