Exactly my m8 kyle was with them for 2 months they break his ftp directory and charge him £5.00 to fix it even though kyle didnt break it. extenhost did they still charge him which is pathetic if you ask me. if someone in my hosting does that i will ask them to backup there site recreate there cpanel account for no extra charge. also Extenhost are using a free layout but still claiming its Copyright to Them.Quote:
