its alright
Over done it a bit with the watermark, looking past that, green may not be the best colour for a background, somthing darker will lift the site better. Also you may wana work on a bit of shading on the boarders to give it a more 3 dimentional feel, as for the moment irt comes accross as pretty flat.
Basic layout structure seems ok, though there are a few gaps (maybe left for bread crumb nav's or somthing, but its not clear) that currenlty seem a little pointless.
