Well actually, that is not exactl right. It doesnt say anything about not been banned. What does say is that you should played Habbo for a long time, behaved well and know the Habbo Way very well.

wrong ppl it says u can only paply if u havnt ebing banned more then twice banned and plus they dont have powers they hang around in public rooms helping newbies so they are not like a silver us hobba
