He was a very outspoken man like it's often reported and that's a shame he's gone really. Fair enough he did make a mistake, but I'd much rather have him than the majority of Brown's cabinet, and Brown himself :P - He spoke his mind and wasn't afraid to talk about sensitive issue's such as Immigration and the EU, all respect to him for that, no other person or party rarely dares to do that.
Surely Alistair Darling has made more mistakes than that?
It's a shame to see such a great man leave the Cabinet. I'm sure he'll be remembered for his fantastic work fighting apartheid in South Africa.
Now then, let's move this investigation onto George Osborne and his fellow filthy capitalist weasels.
